I want to share my memorable milestones in fitness, in the hopes that it will inspire and motivate you. I don’t want you to feel like my journey is better than yours or like giving up because things didn’t happen for you like they did for me.
The spark
Your trip makes it beautiful.It is particular to you, your experiences, and your objectives. In my case working in the corporate environment, I decided to make a change. That change took place within me.
Certain mediating factors made me choose sport at the expense of another possible reconversion with little impact on me as an individual or in the community. Everything became clearer when I identified myself by bringing evidence that I was an athlete – by practicing.
Your Spark
I sincerely believe that by believing in you, you will be able to achieve everything you have always dreamed of by thinking at the people’s problems and finding solutions with gratitude, memorable milestones in fitness or your own meaning of life. I know this society it’s not perfect, that’s why we need to balance everything we can, in order to make the most of what we have.
Friends and partners
One of the most important aspects in life its having “allies” and balance. “A friend in need is known”, and sometimes, when relationships are built on a solid foundation, friends are for some of us just as important as family members.
There are some simple rules that we must take into account and that help us build solid, lifelong friendships.
I also think that any business partner its like having a personal relationship – we need to know, adjust, synchronize and have a solid empathy among the goals we share.
Endurance
An organism’s capacity for sustained effort and activity, as well as its capacity to withstand stress, heal from injuries, and be immune to weariness, are all examples of endurance. Usually, it is employed in anaerobic or aerobic exercise. Start today and have your own milestones in fitness.
Age like a fine wine
The human body changes radically after 40, physiologically as well as mentally. That’s why, starting to take care and, eat proper macros, exercise (it’s very important to strengthen our muscles), strengthen our bones and joints, give them as much flexibility as possible, so that when we get older we don’t lose our balance and fall(literally) or lose muscle (up to 8% each dacade).
Sex drive
Numerous recent studies have shown how exercise affects sexual health. It turns out that regular exercise can improve your sex life, increase libido, and lessen the likelihood of experiencing pain. The best thing is that you can see results with just 30 minutes of exercise three times per week.
Bottom line
