Although you may complete this exercise using only your bodyweight, if you’re up for a challenge, the following extra equipment can increase the workout’s intensity and calorie-burning potential:

One medium-heavy dumbbell Loop resistance bands A medium-sized pumpkin
Beast Walks:

Use this monster exercise to work your glutes and core. Loop resistance bands are advised but not required.

Pick up your Halloween pumpkin and get exercise squatting. For best form, keep your weight in your heels, knees over your ankles, and chest proud. To make this squat more challenging, add a loop resistance band above your knees.

This triceps-focused exercise will increase your arm strength and ability to shatter skulls, but be careful not to crush your own! Either standing or lying down on a bench can be used for this workout. Be sure to maintain your elbows tucked in and not flared out for the finest form.

No pumpkin or dumbbells? No issue. A chair tricep dip can be used in place of this exercise to target the same muscle.
