Do you want to lose weight, maintain or build muscle? Use and understand how your brain functions first, then count the Macronutrients! In my case, I was able to understand the survival instinct encoded in us from cavemen times and how to bio-hack the body to stay on track with my fitness goals.
Regardless of whether we are talking about muscles or fats, nutrition is very important, i.e. what we eat (Macronutrients like: Fats, Protein, Carbohydrate), hydration, sleep and other factors that we must take into account in order to have sustainable results, to look, to perform better day by day and to have a more pronounced, conscious impact on our environment.
In the last few months, I did a little research on my own metabolism and noticed how macronutrients, movement and measurements (calories, movement, sleep, hydration, stress level) have a major impact on the physical fitness level, the mind, which influences, of course, and other aspects of everyday life.
This is how I came to the conclusion that a model (3M- Macronutrients, Movement and Measurements) is viable for reaching my medium-long term goals without losing my appetite, zest for life, friends, relationships, etc. Of course, at the beginning it can be difficult… giving up old habits, transforming harmful routines, the body’s various adaptations and supercompensations, the amalgamation of information, feedback from the body, etc. Of course, nobody it going to offer you a perfect model or a formula, everyone is different, having their own routines, circadian rythm, etc.
Next, I leave you attached bellow a pdf file that details the 3M-MODEL that I have developed, adopted, refined and that I do not intend to let slip through my fingers too easily because, my level of physical health is the same as important as the psychological one. It is not possible to talk about the two governing entities of the system separately.
